This helps minimize corrosion and degradation of expensive components, and removes particles shed due to mechanical devices (e.g. valves). However, moisture purifiers do not eliminate the problem of molecular metal contaminants, which pass through particle filters. Corrosive gases, such as HCI and HBr, are known to contain trace levels of volatile metal complexes and can generate them in-situ via reaction with C ontamination control in etch processing is one of the key issues 'n the semiconductor industry. Even the highest-purity etch gases are known to contain volatile metal species in addition to trace moisture and particles. Volatile metal species pass through 0.003 ~ particle filters to the wafer surface. Metal (II) Complexes of Fluconazole: Thermal, XRD and Cytotoxicity Studies
We report thermal, X-ray diffraction (XRD) and cytotoxicity studies of complexes of fluconazole (FCZ) with Cu (II), Fe(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), and Mn(II). From XRD measurements, FCZ and its metal complexes were identified as polycrystalline. Marked differences in the X-ray patterns of drug and its metal complexes revealed that the complexes are indeed different compounds and not just the m...

متن کاملReducing Agents Enhanced Electrokinetic Soil Remediation (EKSR) for Heavy Metal Contaminated Soil
Reducing agents-Enhanced electrokinetic Soil Remediation (EKSR) was performed for the removal of chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co) and nickel (Ni) from contaminated soil. The reducing agents oxalic acid and ascorbic acid were investigated under constant voltage gradient (2.0 V/cm), current changes, pH, redox potential, concentration changes and removal performance of Heavy Metals (HMs). The result...
